We are hiring for the following positions:
CENTER:

  • Counseling Department

    Position: Licensed Counselor/Therapist

    Must complete 40-hour Confidential Sexual Violence Advocate Training (provided free of charge by the agency). Must hold a current Professional License: LSW, LAC, LPC or LCSW

    Clinical supervision provided at no cost to the employee.

    Days/Hours: Full time- 40 hours a week Monday to Friday (Some evening hours required)

    Salary- $ 49,920 per year

  • Must have experience working directly with children and families, as well as staff supervision. Must have strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, alongside knowledge of child development and safety regulations. Degree in Early Childhood or CDA preferred. Will be responsible for overseeing all school aged programs and Summer Vacation club, will assist the Director in maintaining children’s files, assist in planning fundraisers, events, and field trips. Will be expected to assist in classrooms when needed for coverage.

    Must be at least 18 years old, be able to lift 50lbs, have reliable transportation to work, and be able to engage in a wide range of movements (bending, kneeling, sitting on the floor and standing for long periods of time).

    Days: Monday Through Friday- Full time 40hrs+

    Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr

  • Great position for someone pursuing a career working with children! We will work around school schedule when pursing a degree in education or related field. Seeking a person with a warm, nurturing, and friendly personality, be able to relate well with children and families. Be willing to fulfill his/her responsibilities in accordance with the Center’s/Children’s Services Philosophy/Mission Statement. 

    Prefer a background in early childhood education or prior childcare experience.

    Will work with children 13-months to 5-years of age. 

    Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus. Will provide First Aid & CPR training if not already held.

    Position: Full-time (40 plus hours) and Part-time (29 hours)

    Days: Monday-Friday

    Pay: $15.92/hr

  • Pre-K 3 Head Teacher- Seeking a person with a warm, nurturing, and friendly personality, who can relate well with children and families. Be willing to fulfill his/her responsibilities in accordance with the Center’s/Children’s Services Philosophy/Mission Statement.  Background in early childhood education working with preschoolers a must. Prefer prior supervisor experience. First Aid & CPR Certified and Bi-Lingual a plus. We will provide CPR/First Aid if not currently held.

    Must be able to lift 50lbs, must have reliable transportation to work, and be able to engage in a wide range of movements (bending, kneeling, sitting on the floor and standing for long periods of time).

    Days: Full-time- Mon-Fri 40+ hrs

    Pay: $17.00/hr

    Education Required- P-3 degree or equivalent

    OR Preschool CDA credentials or equivalent college credits

  • Seeking an individual who enjoys working with people, staying organized and being a part of a fast-paced aquatic environment. Must be over the age of 18 years, have customer service experience, and be able to communicate effectively with staff and guests. Will be responsible for overseeing the aquatic center and providing support to lifeguards and swim instructors.

    Days: Saturdays and Sundays (approx. 8 hours per day)

    Pay: $16.50/hr

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO)- Seeking an individual to serve as CPO for the St Francis Aquatic Center. CPO Certification is Preferred. Please note: CPO Certification required within 30 days of hire if no certification is currently held– Certification fee paid by St Francis aquatics. Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our aquatics facility including one indoor and two outdoor (seasonal) pools.

    Part time position with flexible schedule

    Pay: $17.00/hr

  • Help mentor the next generation of lifeguards! St. Francis Aquatics is looking for an Assistant Coach or Volunteer Assistant Coach to help support our new Lifeguard in Training (LIT) Clinic. This program is designed to introduce young participants to the skills, responsibilities, and teamwork required to become future lifeguards. The assistant coach will help guide participants through swimming drills, basic lifesaving skills, teamwork exercises, and overall water readiness while supporting the lead instructor during the clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with youth, mentoring future lifeguards, and being part of a positive aquatics environment. Current lifeguards, swim instructors, and strong swimmers are encouraged to apply. Interested in joining the program as an assistant coach or volunteer coach?
