Senior Services
Position: Full time Caseworker (Outreach and Information Assistance Worker) – Position available at our Berkeley Satellite Office. Social work/caseworker experience preferred. Experience working with the elderly a plus, but not required. Must have Phone/Communication, Computer & Organization skills. Must have valid driver license. Will conduct home visits from Forked River to Pine Beach area.
Days/Hours: 40 hours a week- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Position: Administrative Assistant-Seeking an individual who enjoys working with people, staying organized and being a part of a fast-paced aquatic environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or related position preferred. Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Calendar. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability and willingness to learn and utilize the ACTIVE Network registration and management platform. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Experience working in recreation, aquatics, nonprofit, or community-based organizations preferred.
Part time- Year round
Pay: $16.50/hr

Position: Certified Pool Operator (CPO)- Seeking an individual to serve as CPO for the St Francis Aquatic Center. CPO Certification is Preferred. Please note: CPO Certification required within 30 days of hire if no certification is currently held– Certification fee paid by St Francis aquatics. Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our aquatics facility including one indoor and two outdoor (seasonal) pools.
Part time position with flexible schedule
Pay: $17.00/hr
