About the Super Saturday

Super Plunge Saturday is an annual event where participants run into the ocean in Long Beach Island to support a good cause. It brings the community together for a fun and exciting day. Whether taking the plunge or watching from the shore, everyone is part of something meaningful.

Super Saturday: Plunge 2025

Dive into the fun at Super Saturday on Saturday, March 15th, at Brant Beach!

• In-Person Registration: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Plunge Check-In: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM

• Plunge Time: 1:00 PM

Cost:

• $30 per person

• $20 for students

Location: 48th Street Beach, Brant Beach

Registration forms are available at the Front Desk or Pool Desk at St. Francis Community Center, or online. Don’t miss the chance to compete for prizes for best costumes and teams!

Come in from the cold and warm up with some Fun & Games, Food, Raffles, Music, Beer, and a Movie. Ship Bottom Brewery & Chick-Fil-A will be on site.
