About the Super Plunge
The Super Plunge is a spirited winter tradition that combines community, courage, and giving back. Participants take a refreshing plunge into the ocean while raising vital funds to support programs at the St. Francis Community Center and the Southern Regional High School Swim Teams.
Whether plunging solo or as part of a team, participants register in advance and collect donations from family, friends, and coworkers. With festive costumes, team spirit, and a shared purpose, the Super Plunge proves that even the coldest challenge can create a warm community impact.
How It Works
Register
Register at the St. Francis Community Center Front Desk or online (LINK BELOW)
Adults: $35 | Students: $25
Collect -Ask family, friends, and coworkers to support your plunge. All proceeds benefit the St. Francis Community Center and SRHS Swim Teams.
Bring- Bring your donation form with checks or cash on plunge day. Donations may be dropped off between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Important Information
T-shirts and wristbands must be picked up at designated times
Wristbands must be worn to participate
Only wristbanded participants may enter the staging area
Spectators are not permitted in the chute area
Location: 48th Street Beach, Brant Beach
No refunds
The first 300 registered plungers are guaranteed a t-shirt. Due to limited quantities, t-shirts cannot be guaranteed after that point.
