Future Lifeguards Start Here - Register for our Lifeguard in Training (LIT) Prep Clinic

Is your child a strong swimmer who is ready to build confidence, responsibility, and leadership in the water?

Our Lifeguard in Training Prep Clinic is designed for youth and teens interested in strengthening their aquatic skills and preparing for future lifeguard opportunities. Participants will work on swim endurance, water confidence, teamwork, and foundational rescue awareness in a structured and supportive environment.

This is a preparatory, non-certifying program, perfect for swimmers who may be interested in joining a Lifeguard in Training program or pursuing lifeguard certification in the future.

Spots are limited for both May and June sessions.
